reflection penggunaan technology

Most
of students were master in technology. They can master in technology because
the often use it. Students were very enthusiasts with technology. It means
students were interested in learning using technology. Most of school provide
computer for learning process, and it is usually have a connection with the
internet. This situation gave a chance for teacher to use web in teaching
classroom.
In
the previous lesson I learn about using website in classroom. In that topic I
have learn about how to use website in the classroom and how to anticipated if
there were having any errors. I just thought about using website in the
classroom. Using website might take a risk even the risk was nothing, some
students might not comfort using technology when learning it means the students
prefer to choose the manual one.
Actually this is kind of situation that sometimes appeared to me. So I
think teacher should know the students character and provide some handout for
those who like to learn by having a paper on hand.
I
also learn about how to found the good website for teaching. I can use some
search engine to found it. I thought it is very familiar because I often use
many kind of search engine, and they way to enter the keyword is the important
one. Because based on my experience when I entered very specific keyword the
result mostly like what I expected, but it might the search engine show the
result did not like the expectation, I might caused by the keyword that entered
is not specific.
To
know whether the website is good or not I could identified from the accuracy,
currency, content and functional. If I relate it into my experience some website
does not have accuracy and the currency not really well, because it less in
updated. After Mr. Ardi asks me to identify Flax.org I know the difference
between good website and not really good website. As a teacher candidate I have
understood about how choosing the good website for my student.
That
is all what I have learned, and I can apply every in looking for useful website
to help me in learning.

I am going to be a future educator that is the reason why I am here in Sampoerna School of Education. Here I learn a lot of things, and it is help me to prepare myself.
In SSE I have learnt about teaching using webquest, thinkquest, etc.
With those program students can develop their cognitive.
I belief that exploring cognitive makes meaningful learning.

Principles of Effective
Teaching Assessment reflection
This is my first time to know what PETA is. Actually
it was out of my expectation because I thought I am going to learn about a lot
of theory in the first session, but the in fact for first session I have class
activity such as course introduction and discussion about effective teacher.
The lecture asks
students to choose inspiring teacher and not inspiring teacher when I was in
senior high school. Some of my friend gives an idea about effective teacher,
they told about the inspiring teacher and not inspiring teacher or teacher that
they like and they do not like. Some of them said the teacher was so inspiring
because the teacher had survived to teach, it is because of economic factor and
other factor that push them. They make any changes with teaching as their hard
work. Some of them do not like uninspiring teacher because the teacher was
though with boring method, and some of them also said because the teacher was so
cruel and annoying.
If I do a flashback to my senior high school I think
I could found many teachers just like what my friend teachers. They were so
annoying and boring. I think my teacher did that kind of teaching method
because of the situation. Most of the class in my senior high school was so
crowded, and noisy, it might be factors that caused teacher want not teach
nicely.
Now days I learn how to be a good teacher, SSE bring
me into a good condition that helps me to think why teacher have a different
ways to teach. SSE’s lecture was so great in teaching I think, may be it just
because the student who learn was selected tightly so the students who learn
are smart, diligent, talented and easy to teach.
In the other day perhaps child in Indonesia have a
good attitude even not really or talented and the teacher have a great survive
to create a great generation with teaching nicely.
So in the first session I have learn about what is
effective teacher according to my friends experiences, how teacher have a good
point of view from student side because they had survived on teaching even the
economic did not survive. Teacher had a good teaching method because they are professionals
and had a good mindset so they did a good teaching method. From those opinions I
just think that teacher did that method there are many reasons behind, maybe
the era when they learn in school shaped them into that kind of personalisation
and that kind of mindset. I think era, environment could shaped person
personalisation.
Something that I still do not understand is what
kind of principal that they held in that kind of teaching method? I cannot wait
for the net session because I think that it would be answer my question.
Perhaps I this course could help me to think deeply
toward why how and what through the teaching, and education side.
Never Be the Same
Become Peaceful
“Never be the same” this sentence was familiar in my
mind. The meaning was not as simple as the sentence. Never be the same means
every person is different with other person. Differences ware absolutely was in
real. There were a lot of aspects of differences, such as appearance,
personality, religion, and culture. Religion was one aspect that crucial and
important to discuss because it might brought some problems in every study.
According to me religion is beliefs toward something
that related to the souls connection with god, and there is absolute rules and
principal. Religion was had many strength in many aspects of real life such as
law, politics, economic, social, business etc. There is a freedom to choose
what religion to believe. Every person
had a religion to believe even some of them did not had a religion.
The difference of religion or “others” in my opinion
it does not matter, because every person must responsible with their self, or
even some of them do not have a religion. What could I did if other do a
mistake through their religion, for me I just could remember towards my friend
in same religion that they should not did a mistake, but I could not remember
other because I am not expert about their religion.
“Other” in aspects of life, what I thought about
other in society. A human had same physical appearance such as one head, eyes,
hands etc. it is same so I think there is no problem about it. I could do an
interaction without any doubts consider with their physical appearance. Towards
their personality I am going to be a selective person, as a human naturally I
would to be close which had good attitude because I do not want to get hurt.
About economic, law or politic in my opinion it
would be different because other might put their religion norm on those aspect.
For example in Islam there is a rule for setting a law, law should be humanity,
so I think other had the same thing, rule to set the law.
Different for peace, in my mind all religion taught
how to be good in life, taught to be good toward each other. Tolerance is ones
to face the differences through religion, tolerance taught to respect to other.
I think other had a freedom to do something to me as long as it does not hurt
me, did not break the law and appropriate with my religion and their religion.
There were some comparison between other and me. I
know more about Islam than them because I had practice Islam in real live, and
they know more about their religion. I am thinking differently about religion
differ, I tried to think from many side because I belief it is help me to act
appropriately with them, but I do not even know what they thought toward the
differences. Some of them might be did the same as what I did. In my opinion my
religion was the right one, but other religion does not the false one. I made
my religion as the right one without judging other religion was wrong. How
about the other think about their religion it could be some of them had the
same thought with me, but how about the rest, I do not even know.
From my side the strengths of what I thought are
differences as a teacher to be adult and think critically then it will produce
an appropriate act to other, but the weakness is I might make a mistake toward
my religion. For example I am not wore a craft to cover my aurat because I want
to be universal, and I want other could be confidence when they look at me, but
I had a mistake to my religion because my religion was ask me to cover my aurat.
What I have learn from this topic are, what should I
do through religion differ. The topic teach me o think critically, and does not
let me to judging. Also teach me how to interaction with them appropriately,
here the main point is tolerance. What I
still do not understand is why we should the about the differences, why do not
just think that there are no crucial difference. Perhaps I could more
responsible with my religion without leaf the tolerance to other.

My Name Was
Not Just a Words
Identity is a traits of a person, personal
appearances such as name, birth, etc that makes different with other. In my
opinion identity is description of self, it is consists of personalities and specific
talent or excellences. Identity is more complex than just makes acquainted
with.
It just likes me. My identity, I am a student in
Sampoerna School of Education. I am Majoring at English Language Teaching
Department. I am a Javanese, my parents was Javanese too. I am quite person, I like to be talk less do
more. I do not like messy things. I like everything should be organized well. I
love music especially instrumental. If there is a color to present myself I
want to choose black. I like to do something by myself but I never ask other to
stay away from me. For my acquaintance, my name is Anik Biati, I am Muslim, and
I was born on November 24th 1993. I am a student in Sampoerna School
of Education.
When I was born many of my families member gave a
name, there was so many name for me but because of my grandpa was the oldest
was the one who allowed to gave me a name. He named me Anik Biati, it means
Anak yang Bakti. If I reflect through that name, my mom always said to me “be
nice”. I just think that words had wide meaning. I could be nice with myself it
means I should study hard, work hard, good at attitude, be humble etc. for my
future. I must be nice for my religion, responsible with my religion, pray five
times every day, read Al Quran, praying etc. for my life after died. Be nice
with other such as help the one who need it, interaction, tolerance etc. for my
better life or in the other hand it is help me for my future. Be nice with my
nation, follow the rules, learn history, love Indonesia, etc. The conclusion is I should Bakti to my families’
member, myself, my religion, my country, my friend and others.
I had an analyzed through my name. Anik mean Anak
because of I am a girl so it is become Anik. Then Biati means Bakti or Baik
Hati I think it is same. Anik Biati means there are so many kindnesses that
appear in me. This name was appropriate for me because I love to do kindness,
especially to my parents and my brother or even sometimes I had difficulties
with this name. people who call me make a weird sound, just like AniK, emphasized on K. it makes me
uncomfortable, so I make an acronym for my name, A.Bi from Anik
Biati it is better for me.
Anik Biati was very precious for me so I want not to
change it. Also there were prays for me, I belief that my grandpa gave the best
from the best things just for me because I was a grandchild from the oldest
son.
I was had some discussion with my friends about
identity and name, there were many opinions that I got. Then I learn that
identity is not just a name but identity is something that presented someone
specifically towards the personality, talent or excellences. Name is not a
combination of meaningless words, but name is a meaningful word that had prays
and reasons inside. Perhaps I could be more responsible with my name, should be
nicer than before.

dark color. Many things have black color such as ink, charcoal, coal, ebony
